Stillpoint offers the following movement therapy components:



•    Joint Mobility: Get rid of stiff, creaky joints and start moving more efficiently and pain-free. Learn simple exercises designed to lubricate your joints.


•    Organic Strengthening: Master your own bodyweight and learn how to activate and strengthen your core muscles.

•    Dynamic Flexibility: Simultaneously strengthen and lengthen your muscles and gain while performing simple movement therapy exercises. 


•    Contract/Relax Stretch Therapy: Activate different muscles and trick your body into gaining more flexibility. You’ll enjoy this therapy because it’s like a workout while lying down on a comfy mat. 


•    Swiss Ball Training: Activate muscles you’ve never engaged before. Build strength and stability in your core.  Strengthen smaller stabilizing muscles so your large muscle groups aren’t doing all the work.
